Art, Art History and Film in London & Edinburgh
Summer 2010
Informational meeting in Baker 231: November 17 @ 7PM
The content for this program is still being finalized so please check back here for updates. However this is what we can tell you so far.
While in London we will live in fully equipped flats (apartments) in the centre of the city, very close to Russell Square and the British Museum. Students will share these large furnished apartments with 4-5 other students. We will still stay in a hotel when we travel to Edinburgh.
You’ll have 24/7 access to Florida State University's London Study Centre, located just 1 block from our flats. This will provide you with access to their computer lab, where you can use email and write and print your papers.
Among the classes, we are offering for the first time a film course option, Documentary Filmmaking, taught by Jeanette Buck from the School of Film. All majors are eligible to take this course, which will enable you to create a personal record of your month's adventure in London and Edinburgh.
