Central/Southeast ABLE Resource Center
Welcome to the Central/Southeast Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) Resource Center, one of five resource centers in the Ohio ABLE Resource Center Network (RCN).
The Center was established in 1993 to plan and implement professional development and training and to provide resources and technical assistance to ABLE professionals across Ohio. Professional staff provides customized training for 19 ABLE programs in the 28 counties of southeastern Ohio (Ohio ABLE Region 2), including most of rural Appalachian Ohio.
