Curriculum
The program requires 59 credit hours are required: 35 hours in Economics, 16 hours in Finance, and 8 hours in Accounting. The program is structured so that all academic requirements can be completed in seven quarters, beginning in the winter and ending with the summer session of the following year. To finish the program, participants will complete an in-house research project.

Winter: Accounting I (Acct 610), Macroeconomics and Business Fluctuations (MFE 601) 

Spring: Accounting II (Acct 611), Quantitative Analysis for Financial Markets (MFE 500)

Summer: Managerial Economics (MFE 600), Seminar in Money and Capital Markets (Fin 650)

Fall: Financial Management I (Fin 620), International Trade and Financial Economics (MFE 640),

Winter: Statistics and Econometrics: Theory and Application (MFE 639), Financial Management II (Fin 621)

Spring: Seminar in Investment (Fin 623), Financial Derivatives (MFE 644)

Summer: Research Project (MFE 696)
