LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES & MEDIA

“I suppose it is tempting, if the only tool you have is a hammer, to treat everything as if it were a nail.” –Abraham Maslow, 1966
Learning Technologies & Media

Learning technologists can help you find just the right set of tools to build and deliver your online learning experiences. They have expert knowledge of learning management systems, synchronous and asynchronous communication and collaboration solutions, media streaming, lecture capture, secure testing, and a wide variety of Web. 2.0 technologies.

"A picture shows me at a glance what it takes dozens of pages of a book to expound." –Ivan Turgenev, 1862

Multimedia specialists can help you find or create just the right image for your needs, including course banners. They also have experience in audio and video production ranging from informal, on-location interviews to professional studio work.

eLearning OHIO’s learning design team provides expertise in both areas.

Faculty also are encouraged to take advantage of the many excellent open educational resources (OER) now available via the World Wide Web.
