Your Freshman year of college is probably your most important year of college. To help you get off on the right foot, Ohio University Eastern Campus has a number of events scheduled for you.

This registration form should be completed by Freshman who plan to enroll at Ohio University Eastern Campus Fall 2011-12.

For each event listed below, please mark the date that you wish to attend.

English/Math Skills Assessment:

  • Computerized assessments required for all new students. Must be taken at least one week before you attend Freshman Orientation.
  • Held in the Computer Lab










Chemistry Placement:

  • Required testing for students considering a major in science, health, or engineering.



Foreign Language Placement Test:

  • Required for ALL majors in the College of Arts & Sciences, i.e. English, History, Psychology, Social Work.

Freshman Orientation:

  • Required orientation for all incoming freshmen students to complete class registration, financial aid and e-mail activation.






New Student Kick-Off:

  • Students can buy their books, have their photo ID taken and find out about registering for Winter classes and re-applying for financial aid.
