In celebration of Black History Month, the Cultural Life Committee at Ohio University Eastern presented "Items from the Underground Railroad Museum" at the Ohio University Eastern Art Gallery February 19 through February 27. (l-r) Dr. John Mattox, Curator of the Underground Railroad Museum, and Dr. David Castle, Assistant Professor of History at OUE, are pictured holding an authentic slave yoke. The Ohio University Eastern Art Gallery is open to the public and admission is free. The art gallery is located on the second floor of Shannon Hall.
