Directions for the James Wright Festival

Festival--all events at Martins Ferry Public Library

• I-70 to rt 7 North, exit left at Hanover Street, proceed up two blocks to Fifth (James Wright Way) turn left. Look for parking.

• If you come through Washington, PA on I-70, proceed through the Wheeling Tunnel, cross the bridge, stay on the right, take the 0 exit onto Wheeling Island. Go straight, through the lights, cross the bridge, staying right, turn right after bridge, this will put you on Rt 7 North. At second light, turn left, this is Hanover Street, proceed up two blocks to Fifth (James Wright Way) turn left. Martins Ferry Public Library 20 S 5th St 6330314, site of all events, will be half way up on your left. Look for parking.

1. Head northeast toward Airport Blvd (0.4 mi 2 mins)
2. Slight right at Airport Blvd (1.0 mi 3 mins)
3. Merge onto PA-576-TPKE E via the ramp to US-22/Weirton ( Toll road 5.2 mi 5 mins)
4. Take exit 6 for US-22 toward Pittsburgh/Weirton ( Partial toll road 0.6 mi)
5. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for US-22 W/Weirton and merge onto US-22 W Passing through West Virginia Entering Ohio (17.6 mi 19 mins)
6. Exit onto OH-7 S Steubenville, OH toward University Blvd/Downtown (0.2 mi 1 min)
7. Turn right at OH-7 S (24.6 mi 34 mins)
8. Take the I-470 ramp on the left (0.3 mi 2 mins)
9. Follow signs for I-470 W/Cambridge/Columbus and merge onto I-470 W (6.6 mi 7 mins)
10. Turn right at Banfield Rd (364 ft)
11. Turn left at US-40 0.4 mi 1 min
