Ohio University Eastern Campus has a strong commitment to providing you, the Eastern Campus community, with the necessary supports to succeed in your pursuit of a higher education. The importance of students maintaining their mental health so they can pursue their education cannot be emphasized enough. To that end, we have retained the services of Ms. Leigh Huggins, a licensed independent social worker, to assist you if needed. She can help you with a wide variety of concerns be they depression, anxiety, relationship issues or just dealing with the general stressors of life. Please don't hesitate to take advantage of her counseling and support services.
Ms. Huggins is located in Shannon Hall, Room 307A. During the summer, she is available to see students by appointment only. Regular hours will resume in Fall Semester. Appointments outside of these walk-in hours can be made by calling Ms. Huggins at Tri-County Help Center (740-695-5441 or 1-800-695-1639).
