Compact for Faculty Diversity The Compact for Faculty Diversity seeks to increase the number of disproportionately represented students qualified to teach in higher education. Program goals include securing multiyear financial aid for graduate students, building a culture of support for diversity on campus, providing mentoring and training for effective teaching, and building coalitions with other national programs.
University of Colorado at Boulder / The Faculty Teaching Excellence Program The Faculty Teaching Excellence Program (FTEP) has published two volumes in a series titled On Teaching, featuring pedagogy articles written by Boulder faculty members, usually from a practical and personal point of view. Compendium of Good Teaching Ideas, a third publication containing 113 practical teaching tips, has been developed from interviews with Boulder campus teachers who have been cited for excellence in the classroom.
