Exam Proctoring

The most commonly requested accommodations are a separate location and/or extended time for test taking. It is preferable for the instructor to make arrangements within their department for testing accommodations; however if this arrangement is not possible, students may have the exam proctored through the ODS. In order to utilize this service for faculty, the student will need to complete an Exam Proctor Form signed by the instructor and return it to ODS no later than one full week before the day of the exam. Instructors are also responsible for getting the exam to and from the office.
