Research Interests

• Molecular mechanisms of GH and IGF-1 axis as they relate to obesity and diabetes
• Determine the function of the Growth Hormone Receptor in liver, adipose, and muscle tissue as it relates to insulin resistance and aging
• Evaluate the molecular mechanism of growth hormone’s diabetogenic activity
