Outreach Programs
CPS develops programs, workshops, and training opportunities as needed to respond to university community concerns. For example, ISO (International Student Outreach), SOS (Students Overcoming Stigma), are efforts led by students and supervised by CPS staff, which provide both programming to the larger campus, as well as training for the students who are directly involved.
We also provide programs and workshops on student concerns such as depression, relationships, adjustment, academic stress, test anxiety, sexual assault, and suicide. Call CPS to find out more about participating in these programs.
If you are a staff or faculty and want to request an outreach activity for a group of students, please contact Sheila Williams at CPS, 593-1616.
If you are a staff in Residence Life and want to request an outreach activity to your residents, please contact Counselors-in-Residence program.
