The annual benefits open enrollment period will close at 11:59 p.m., Friday, May 2. Any enrollment changes made will be effective on July 1.
All employees are asked to participate in the open enrollment process.

Employees can use their OHIO email ID and password to enter the open enrollment website. Login to the open enrollment website as many times are needed to make changes prior to the May 2 deadline. Please save or print the confirmation statement following the authorization page, as this will be the only record of completion.
During open enrollment, employees:
There is a new provision regarding Medical Flexible Spending Accounts. If employees have money left in the account at the end of this plan year (June 30) or next plan year (June 30, 2015), up to $500 will automatically roll over to the next year. The amount that can roll over is capped at $500. This is for medical spending accounts only and does not apply to dependent day care accounts. As previously announced, the major components of the University's health, dental, and vision plans (deductibles, co-pays, benefit levels, etc.) are remaining the same for fiscal/plan year 2014-15.
