From staff reports
The Ecology and Energy Conservation Committee is conducting a very brief survey to gather data regarding the number of courses at Ohio University that focus on, or even touch upon, the subject of sustainability.
The gathering of this information is necessary for successful implementation of the Sustainability Plan. The collected information will be made available on the EECC website, Sustainability Report and any reports from the Common Experience Project on Sustainability. This catalog of sustainability courses will enable us to direct students and faculty to courses and texts helpful in the area of environmental awareness and other sustainability issues.
This seven-question survey (five of which are optional) should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Participants who provide their name/email will be entered into a drawing for gift certificates to local restaurants such as Casa Nueva, Village Bakery, Salaam, and Donkey Coffee.
Note: Regional Campus winners will receive gift certificates from restaurants within their community.
The survey will be closed on July 11 and winners of the gift certificates (selected at random) will be notified at that time.
All faculty are encouraged to participate in this survey, regardless of discipline or interest in sustainability.
