RCM open forums Monday and Wednesday

Executive Vice President and Provost Pam Benoit and Vice President for Finance and Administration Stephen Golding are sponsoring two open forums to update the campus on progress developing a Responsibility Centered Management (RCM) budgeting model.
The forums, the first of an ongoing series, will be:

• Monday, Feb. 20, noon to 1 p.m., Bentley Hall 227

• Wednesday, Feb. 22, 3 to 4 p.m., Bentley Hall 233

For those unable to attend, the forums will be streamed live online.

There will be a Power Point presentation and members of the team working the RCM transition, the Service Alignment Advisory Team and a number of deans from across the University will be available for questions afterward.
