President Roderick J. McDavis discussed the latest Ohio University news on Athens radio station WATH 970 today.
He was a guest on the hour-long talk show Party Line, which is hosted by station owner Dave Palmer every weekday from 9-10 a.m.
McDavis' topics during the broadcast included: university and state budgets, "The Promise Lives" capital campaign, tuition, employee benefits, student scholarships, construction projects, sustainability, and new student fines for alcohol and marijuana violations.
A podcast of the interview will be made available on the WATH 970 website.
McDavis is scheduled as a guest on the show five more times within the next 12 months as part of the university's commitment to supply the local radio show with a special guest once a month.
