To complete the installation of the chilled water line on East Union Street, or Jeff Hill, as it is commonly called, York Paving Company will be working within the intersection of East Union Street and University Terrace on Aug. 25 and 26.
The intersection will be open to flagged traffic; however, delays should be expected.
