Kevin B. Lake, D.O., was recently appointed to a nine-year term to the Ohio University Board of Trustees by Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland. He replaces Athens businessman Larry Schey on the board.
Lake’s appointment is effective with the board’s June 24-25 meetings in Athens. He received his doctorate from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992 and is a board-certified physician who resides in Columbus, Ohio.
A full-time senior attending physician in family practice, Lake serves as medical director of Cardinal Medical Group, LLC. He is board-certified in family practice and osteopathic manipulative treatment by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.
Lake graduated cum laude from Capital University in 1988 with a bachelor's degree in biology.
