City restricts left turns from Dairy Lane onto Richland Avenue

On Tuesday, the City of Athens announced that they will begin restricting left turns from Dairy Lane onto Richland Avenue from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
The restrictions are effective as of May 28 and will continue until the end of the first phase of construction on the Richland Avenue/ SR 682 Improvements Project. Phase one is expected to end in the middle of June.
