    Mainframe Programmer
    Develops, encodes, tests, debugs, documents, and installs programs for large-scale or high volume transactions requiring IBM/MVS or similar mainframe processing. Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts. Develops programs in languages such as COBOL and CICS, or fourth-generation business-oriented languages.

    Midrange Programmer
    Develops, encodes, tests, debugs, documents, and installs programs to support general business applications. Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts. Develops programs on midrange computers such as the IBM AS/400 or UNIX based mini/midrange computers in languages such as COBOL and RPG, or fourth-generation business-oriented languages.

    Systems Analyst
    Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devises computer systems to process data. Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution. Prepares detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinates the system's installation with the user department, ensuring satisfactory results.

    General Programmer/Analyst
    Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems, and revises computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data. Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submits recommendations for solution. Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts. Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs the operating programs and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments.

    Telecommunications Analyst
    Evaluates, designs and maintains existing or proposed data telecommunication systems. Analyzes the needs of the user and recommends solutions to the hardware and/or software systems. Prepares detailed specifications and flowcharts for implementation of new internal programs or modifications to vendor software. Coordinates installation of hardware. Monitors the operation of data telecommunications systems and services of vendors.

    Data Entry Operator
    Operates a data entry device to key and verify a variety of standard and complex or uncoded statistical source data.

    Telecommunications Technician
    Installs, maintains and repairs voice, data and video communications systems. Troubleshoots and resolves problems, or refers to outside service personnel. Provides training and technical assistance to users.

    Data Control Clerk
    Reviews source documents for data input. Checks accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination, correcting codes and batching for computer processing. Verifies output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of printouts and distributes information to appropriate departments.
