The Project Plan
The purpose of the project is to design new base pay compensation plans for two groups of employees:

1.) The Classified Non-Bargaining staff; and

2.) Information Technology (IT) staff. Identifying IT positions will be an early goal, and we are currently working on the definition of IT for purposes of this project.
The new design will be developed in three Phases with the following approximate timeline:

Phase I - DISCOVER
           JIQ Process
Phase II - INVENT
Phase III - DELIVER

As project progresses, more details will be added to phases II and III.
