Performance Management Update from University Human Resources Since the beginning of the review cycle, July 2002 for classified employees, supervisors and employees should have completed the Planning and Goal Setting (PM#2,) and in the months following (August-September) had meetings to prepare for the Mid-Year Review. Now, and through January, supervisors of classified and IT employees should be preparing for, and conducting their employees' Mid-Year Review. The Mid-Year Review form (PM#6) is downloadable at http://www.ohio.edu/comp/FORMS.HTM.
