Performance Management Survey Results

In the fall of 2002, the Institute for Communication Improvement (an Ohio University Interpersonal Communication Class) gathered data regarding the recently implemented Performance Management Plan. A survey was conducted with three main objectives:

1. to gain knowledge of the Classified Staff’s opinions regarding the first three months of the program,

2. to research the opinions of the supervisors of Classified and Information Technology Staff regarding the same issues,

3. and to gather comprehensive data on the entire Performance Management Plan from the Information Technology Staff, who had completed a condensed version of the program prior to the 2002-2003 academic year.
