Commencement Checklist for Seniors
- Think you’ve taken all necessary classes and are ready to graduate? You better check with your Advisor first to be sure you’ve completed all requirements!
- If you have not yet purchased a cap and gown, please click here to place your order.
- Click here to figure out the time and location of your college’s Commencement Reception
- Provide your parents, guardians, and friends with all the details!
- Be sure to turn off all utilities after moving out of your off-campus house.
- Invite your friends and family to Commencement! Seats at the Convocation Center are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You are about to be an Alum of Ohio University.Do you know what this means? Check out the Alumni Association: http://www.ohioalumni.org/

Pick up of all cap and gowns will take place at Baker University Center, 5th Floor unless otherwise indicated (i.e. Regional Campus students).
Cap and Gown Hours June 2-4th 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. June 5th 3:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. June 6th 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. June 7th 1:00–5:00 p.m. June 9-10th 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
June 11-12th 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
June 13th 7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m and 1:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
June 14th 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
