Department of Social and Public Health

The Department of Social and Public Health is one of four distinct academic areas in the College of Health Sciences and Professions. Home to eight majors, Child and Family Studies, Community Health Services, Environmental Health Science, Health Services Administration, Industrial Hygiene, Long-Term Health Care Administration, Public Health and Social Work, plus a number of certificate programs, the department offers undergraduate and graduate degrees. The Department of Social and Public Health is the largest academic program house in the College of Health Sciences and Professions.
