Applied Nutrition Program
The Applied Nutrition program has a choice of three concentrations.
- Applied Nutrition-Dietetics
- Applied Nutrition-Institutional and School Nutrition Management
- Applied Nutrition-Environmental Nutrition
The Nutrition program (pre-medicine/pre-professional) is for those interested in a career in areas such as nutrition, medicine, veterinary
medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and physical therapy.
This option is designed for students interested in strengthening their knowledge of nutrition principles and applications.
Foods and Nutrition Graduate Program
The Foods and Nutrition graduate program leads to a master of science. The program offers a multidisciplinary approach to the study of food and nutrition sciences.
