Minor code OR3311

A minor program in chemistry requires a 2.0 overall GPA and completion of at least 30 quarter hours of chemistry coursework.



 
Course Requirements
CHEM 151, 152, 153Fundamentals of Chemistry15
CHEM 301, 302, 303Organic Chemistry8

or CHEM 305, 306, 307

Organic Chemistry9

Any two of the following:

CHEM 241 and 242Quantitative Analysis5
CHEM 351 or CHEM 453Physical Chemistry4 or 3
CHEM 489 or 490Biochemistry4
CHEM 476Modern Inorganic Chemistry4

You must have a minimum GPA of 2.0 in coursework taken for the minor.
