(winter) Modern methods of separating components of complex mixtures with emphasis on operation and application to analytical chemistry. Topics include liquid-liquid extractions, partition chromatography, ion-exchange, gas chromatography, high pressure liquid chromatography, exclusion chromatography, and electrophoresis.
