Dr. Dinos joined the Ohio University faculty in 1967 and is the former chair of the Department of Chemical Engineering. Before coming to Ohio University, he worked as a reactor engineer for DuPont at the Savannah River plant, S.C. and as a chemical engineer in Dana Plant,Indiana. He has consulted for industry and provided both engineering expertise and script writing for a 15-part television series, "Adventure: Ecology".

Research Activities

In the past, Dr. Dinos has investigated transport phenomena related to biomedical engineering, polymer processing, and nuclear engineering. Dr. Dinos is not currently active in department research.
