National Academy of Inventors names Botte charter fellow

Gerardine Botte, Russ Professor of chemical and biomolecular engineering, is one of two Ohio University faculty members recently named charter fellows by the National Academy of Inventors.

Botte and Kopchick, Goll Ohio Eminent Scholar and professor of molecular biology, will be inducted as fellows by the U.S. commissioner for patents, Margaret Focarino, Feb. 22 at the annual conference of the National Academy of Inventors in Tampa, Fla.
