Fuel Cell Testing System
Arbin Instruments FCTS

The fuel cell testing system (FCTS) from Arbin Instruments has the capability to test fuel cells up to 4 kW. The FCTS is designed to test either a single cell or a multi-cell stack of Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells. The maximum electronic load is 4 kW at 200 A. All of the controls for gas handling and electronic loads can be easily programmed using Multiple Integrated Testing Software (MITS) Pro 5.0. External input can also be recorded with the help of 16 voltage channels. The testing system has various types of failsafe options, including hydrogen sensors, in order to detect leaks.
