The mission of the Career and Leadership Development Center is to provide comprehensive career development to all Ohio University students as well as offering programs and services to assist employers with their human resource and college relation needs. It is with this mission in mind we ask all parents to encourage their employers to utilize the Ohio University Career and Leadership Development Center as a source of graduating students to fill their organization’s human resource needs. Create Internships
Internships are an excellent way for students to gain professional hands on experience in their field of interest. The more opportunities available for them to gain these experiences increases their chances of gaining employment upon graduation. Please encourage your organization to consider creating internship opportunities for current undergraduate students. Not only do the students greatly benefit from these positions but organizations can prosper as well.
