Guidelines and Conduct

The Ohio University Office of Career Services subscribes to and endorses the "Principles for Professional Conduct" prescribed by the National Association of Colleges and Employers.  The office expects employers who use our services to conform to these principles and applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws and related legislation.  Likewise, employing organizations are expected to abide by all Ohio University regulations governing the on-campus recruitment process.
