Officer/ Treasurer Training
Officer/Treasurer Training sessions provide new organization officers and members with detailed information on how to be successful within their organization. Sessions cover information, such as: resources for student organizations, policies and guidelines, treasurer information, and recruiting new members. The president and treasurer from each student organization should attend a session. Any member of a student organization is welcome to attend as well.

- Monday, April 7th 7-8 pm
- Thursday, April 10th 8-9 pm (This session will be held on the 5th floor of Baker Center, Room 514)
- Tuesday, April 15th 5-6 pm
- Wednesday, April 23rd Noon- 1 pm
- Monday, May 12th 5 -6 pm
- Wednesday, May 21st 2-3 pm
- Thursday, May 22nd 11 am- noon
- All sessions are held in The Amanda J. Cunningham Leadership Center, 366 Baker University Center
Re-registration
At the beginning of Spring Quarter, each student organization needs to re-register their organization for the following academic year with Campus Life. The president, treasurer and advisor must complete the Registered Student Organization Application form and submit it to Campus Life in order to be recognized as a registered student organization.
Officer Transition
Campus Life has created an Officer Transition Checklist to assist in a smooth transition between the outgoing and incoming members of an organization. Please refer to the checklist for information about re-registration, financial responsibilities, etc. In addition, a retreat planning worksheet has been developed for your convenience.
