L.E.A.P. is a new emerging leaders program designed to give 25 first year students the opportunity to leap forward in their knowledge and training in leadership development.
According to a 2008 study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers "leadership experience" was the number one attribute that, above all other factors (g.p.a., major, etc.) would determine the desirability of one college graduate over another with the same qualifications.
The L.E.A.P. program will be held Tuesdays in Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters, from 4 - 6 p.m. in the Amanda J. Cunningham Leadership Center in Baker University Center.
The first fall session begins Tuesday, January 19th!
