Dynamics in Student Organizational Leadership (EDCP 400)
Campus Life welcomes interested students to register for EDCP 400: Dynamics of Organizational Leadership offered Fall, Winter, & Spring Quarters. This four- credit course takes place in a small interactive setting that is both self- reflective and active in promoting and awakening the leader inside each of us. The course is designed to provide students with the historical, theoretical and practical everyday life perspectives of leadership as well as engage students in fully exploring themselves and their leadership style. Issue and class topics include knowing self and others, self-esteem, gender and leadership, group dynamics, ethics and leadership and much more.
