By Friday of the fourth week of each quarter, every social Greek chapter must submit any changes (from the previous quarter) in membership to Campus Life or the purpose of verifying and compiling individual and chapter grade point averages.

Additionally every Greek chapter must submit a chapter membership roster for all new members who have pledged the chapter during the quarter by the Friday of the eight week of the quarter. This should be done in the same format as the chapter membership roster described above.
