All are welcome to see the PREMIERE showing of this documentary. Come and meet some of the 16 alumnae interviewed who shared their stories about their unique experiences at Ohio University from the past 70 years. Archival pictures and video present an overview of OHIO and the changes in women's lives. This documentary has been created to record the history of OHIO women in a dynamic period of history for women in America. From the mid 1940's, when universities were largely girls' schools due to WWII, through the activism of the 1960's, to the emphasis on careers in the 1990's and beyond. 'Having it all' became a goal for women in America during this rapidly changing period.
It is a look into a uniquely American university experience and the impact that experience had on the lives of 16 women.
