i. Jessica informs everyone that the budget stands at $84,341.97.

i. Janine wishes everyone good luck on their finals as well.

III. Old Business
a. Elder Beerman (Booklets due today)
b. Concert updates.
i. Fabolous, Jagged Edge and The Dream have accepted the Fifty Thousand dollars we offered them.
c. Kwanza dinner
i. Crissy asked the general body their opinions on the Kwanza dinner. Many people thought that the speaker did not say as much as they expected. Ayris suggested that music be playing when speakers are not talking since the room became very quiet when no one was speaking. She also thought that the menu for the event could be improved by trying something different than the food we usually order.
d. Piscataway Indians
i. The general body agreed that the program was interesting.
e. K is for Kwanza
i. Bryson goes through his agenda.
1. First grader come at 10 am.
2. General Body and Exec Board perform a play.
3. After we split into groups where we will color with the kids, paint their faces and play games.
ii. Make sure to email Bryson if there are any questions. Come out and support, the program is Wednesday at 10. Everyone who is helping needs to be there at 8 am.
