Program Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of the Academic Support Unit Review and Renewal program is aimed at assuring that Ohio University’s academic support unit services (administrative and co-curricular units) provide continuing value to the University community by:

Aligning service activities with the institution’s mission and vision.
Working to meet unit objectives for achieving ongoing service effectiveness, efficiency and excellence.
Stimulating proactive planning and achieving outcomes that support Vision Ohio priorities.
Creating efficiencies that can lead to new resources for priority investments.
Perpetuating a culture of continuous improvement and organizational renewal.
