Phases and Steps
The

sequential phases and accompanying steps.
The findings
of the review process assessments are used to develop improvement plans and
activities for renewing and strengthening the unit’s effectiveness and
efficiency in supporting the academic mission of Ohio University.

leaders and identifying what they would like the process to accomplish.

The formation of an
assessment and improvement team
