Cohort Schedule: Academic Support Unit Program ReviewOrganizations participate in the Academic Support Unit Program Review in cohort groups. Cohort group size is usually between 8 and 12 organizations per year. The cohort group approach provides a number of advantages: · Organizations in the cohort can share with and learn from each other · Unit leaders and their improvement teams can get focused support and attention from those providing services that support the process · Stakeholder and customer feedback can be managed in a coordinated way so that stakeholders are not asked multiple times for the same information.
