Review PointsThere are three review points built into the Review and Renew process. Review points are hosted by the Academic Support Unit Program Review Committee. At each review point, the Unit leaders will make a presentation to the other cohort team leaders and committee members.
Review 1 – Self Assessment Results and Action PlanThe first review is to be based on summary findings and products of the self-assessment workshop. Presentations should include highlights of plans for the improvement projects identified by the unit. Review 2 – External Review Results PresentationThe second review presentation is to be built around the work of the external review team. The work of the external review team is to parallel the same categories used by the self-assessment process. Presentations should include progress updates on the unit’s improvement projects. Review 3 – Customer and Stakeholder ReviewThe third review presentation is to focus on employee and customer/stakeholder satisfaction data. Units will also present results and findings from the improvement projects.
