Lists and Labels
The programming administration office provides search results for lists of individuals whose records are maintained on the Alumni Database. These include all alumni, staff and faculty, selected friends of the university, and selected non degree alumni. These lists can be provided in either a paper or electronic format. Files can also be generated for use in generating mailing labels. These files can also be provided in "one up, continuous feed labels or in an electronic format for generating labels using your own system.
We must have five (5) samples of the mailings (including newsletters, invitations, etc.) for any requirements for labels that are to be used for any mailing that is related to fundraising. These samples are sent to the Advancement Office for review to insure the fund raising reference is a consistent with ongoing university development efforts. If you are working on any kind of fundraising it must be cleared with the Director for Annual Giving in the Office of University Advancement prior to printing.
Lists & Labels requests should be submitted using the Report Request Form. Please allow 2 weeks turn-around time for any item(s) ordered.

This information is available in support of ongoing activities of the university. These requests can be submitted using the Report Request Form.
