You are considered a freshman applicant if the following conditions apply:

  • You have or will soon receive a high school diploma from a chartered or accredited secondary school or a General Education Development (GED) diploma.
  • You have not been enrolled for 12 or more quarter hours (or 9 or more semester hours) of coursework at a college or university since completing secondary school.

Applying for Transfer Admission

Information for International Applicants
Students applying from countries outside the United States should refer to the appropriate section listed above. Note that international freshman and transfer applicants have application deadlines that differ from those for U.S. students. We will attempt to process your application if received by our published deadlines. However, due to processing time and new immigration regulations, we recommend that all international students apply in advance of these deadlines.
