Gateway Excellence Scholarships
This scholarship is renewable for up to four consecutive years of undergraduate study (three quarters or two semesters per academic year) and requires at least a 3.3 GPA annually. Additionally, students must enroll in a minimum of 16 credit hours each quarter (15 credit hours each semester) in order to receive this scholarship.
Gateway Scholarship
This scholarship is renewable for up to four consecutive years of undergraduate study (three quarters or two semesters per academic year) and requires at least a 3.0 GPA annually. Additionally, students must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours each quarter (12 credit hours each semester) in order to receive this scholarship. However, please note that a student must complete additional hours to graduate within four academic years.
Gateway Trustee Award
This discount is renewable to non-resident students for up to four consecutive years (three quarters or two semesters per academic year) and requires a 3.0 GPA annually. Additionally, students must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours each quarter (12 credit hours each semester) in order to receive this discount. However, please note that a student must complete additional hours to graduate within four academic years.
Gateway Grant
This grant may be renewed for up to four consecutive years (three quarters or two semesters per academic year) and requires at least a 3.0 GPA annually. Renewal consideration for subsequent years will also be based on the information reported each year on the student's FAFSA, which must be received annually by March 15. Consequently, a student's Gateway Grant may vary in amount each year. Additionally, students must enroll in a minimum of 12 credit hours each quarter (12 credit hours each semester) in order to receive this grant. However, please note that a student must complete additional hours to graduate within four academic years.
Please note: Ohio University will be transitioning from a quarter-based academic calendar to a semester-based academic calendar in fall 2012.
