Activate your OHIO ID and create a password: You will be asked for your PID number and birthdate. Your PID will be included in your application acknowledgement letter, which will be sent to you via postal mail once the application has been initially processed in our office. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your application acknowledgement letter.

If you applied online, you should have received an e-mail confirming the submission of your application. That message is separate from the official application acknowledgement letter containing your PID.
