College Representatives

College Fair Information

College Representatives may set up starting at 7:30 a.m. or immediately following Session II and during Session III (11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.)

Volunteers will be on hand to help transport your materials into the Convocation Center (building #95 on the campus map), where the college fair will take place. You may drop off your college fair materials at the Convocation Center before parking, or you may park before your materials are taken to the Convocation Center.

For unloading your materials at the Convocation Center, please follow directions to Athens and Ohio University by taking Exit 17 from US 33/50/32.

After taking the first right in the roundabout to Richland Avenue, stay in the left lane as you cross the Hocking River. Peden Stadium will be on your right, and the Convocation Center will be on the corner to your left. Immediately after turning left onto Shafer Street, you will see Lot 128, which is available for temporary parking and unloading materials. After unloading materials, you will need to move your vehicle to the designated parking locations near Peden Stadium.

Please remember to distribute only official, printed materials regarding the educational programs or student life of your institution. Promotional exhibits or displays and "giveaways" are prohibited. These may include (but are not limited to) items such as pens, key chains, clothing, toys, or food.

New Session!
An exciting new session called "Hot Topics for College Representatives" is being offered. We encourage you to attend this session promptly at 10:30 a.m. and offer your perspective, insight, and feedback. The session will be a collaboration of college representatives sharing ideas on the following topics: the value of education and how to hold the line with financial aid requests, maximizing recruitment with a limited budget (a focus on creative ideas to maximize shrinking recruitment budgets), and recruiting students of color and using access programs to increase diversity on campus. We value your input as we work together to recruit students to further their education.

We look forward to hosting this event and hope you enjoy your time on OHIO's beautiful and historic campus.
