According to Communication Network Services, problems with the Voice Mail system have been solved with the replacement of a disk and restoring of files from January 11, 2000. As a result, greetings should be restored to what they were on January 11, 2000 though some users may find that they weren't. Also, some saved messages may have been replaced with older saved messages, or may remain. It is important that everyone check their greetings and if necessary, record a new one, as well as go through their saved messages.
