Ohio University College of Education Introduces New Faculty James Heap, Dean of the Ohio University College of Education, announces the hiring of 15 new faculty members. All 15 faculty members, ten full-time and five part-time, have assumed their new positions and began teaching in early September. "I am very pleased with the new additions to the College of Education," says James Heap, Dean of the College of Education. The new full-time faculty members are: Heidi Andrade, Carla Bradley, Teresa Franklin, Andi O'Conor, Chandra Orrill, Michail Papa, Nelson Rodriguez, Adah Ward-Randolph, Jyl Warner and Ginger Weade. The College of Education also has hired the following as part-time faculty members: Gordan Brooks, Mesut Duran, Mumbi Kariuki, Marci Keifer and Joann Risacher.
